The brand name is a creative fusion of the first letters of the founder Melissa Casanova’s first and last name, representing her personal touch. Originally, it was called "MELICASA", which stood for "Meli's house", symbolizing a space of creativity, warmth, and personal expression. This full name evoked a sense of comfort and style. However, as the brand evolved, we chose to streamline the name by focusing on the consonants, creating a modern and refined identity while still preserving the essence of its original meaning.

The idea of creating MLCS was born from a deep love for fashion, a passion for individuality, and a strong sense of taste and authenticity. In 2018, we took the first step by launching a trial limited collection, which resonated with our audience and sold out successfully. Our brand is rooted in life’s stories, reflecting refined taste, exceptional quality, and a commitment to uniqueness. We use only premium fabrics and accessories, blending superior design with fair pricing. At MLCS, we celebrate individuality and strive to make it accessible to everyone.
